With today's 38-30 USC win, the Trojans extended their winning streak in the series to 11.

Daniel Lasco picked up his 11th rushing touchdown of the season with a 5-yard score in the third quarter– giving him 14 his career. He has now scored a touchdown in the last nine consecutive games (8 rushing, 1 receiving).

Jared Goff ended the game 29-for-47 for 279 yards and 3 TDs, posting the 15th 250-yard passing performance of his career, which is a school record. Now with 30 touchdown passes this season, he ranks second on the school's single-season list. Pat Barnes is first with 31. Goff's 48 career passing touchdowns are tied for seventh on the Cal list with Dave Barr. Now with 6,906 career passing yards, Goff passed Nate Longshore for fifth all-time at the school. Rich Campbell (1977-80) is fourth with 7,174.

Chris Harper's nine receptions were a season high. Kenny Lawler also had a season-best eight catches.

Hardy Nickerson picked up his first career interception in the second quarter.

Bryce Treggs has caught a pass in 30 of the last 31 games that he has played in and his last 24 contests in a row. He finished with 3 catches for 19 yards and a score.

Cal recorded a safety in the first quarter for the first time since last year against Washington State. Mustafa Jalil was credited with the safety, his first career points.

Cal finished the game just 3-for-15 on third downs, but the Bears were 5-for-6 on fourth downs.
