Webb played in one game against Sacramento State without recording any statistics other than participation during his first season at Cal as a 2014 junior and heads into his 2015 senior campaign as the fifth quarterback on the depth chart. Webb arrived at Cal as a mid-year enrollee in January of 2014 after playing two seasons at El Camino College during his three campaigns at the school. Webb completed 73-of-119 passes (61.3%) for 1,107 yards with eight touchdowns and four interceptions in the first four games of the campaign as a 2013 sophomore before suffering a season-ending injury that would also limit his action at Cal through the spring of 2014.
