► Earned first-team Long Beach Press-Telegram Football Dream Team honors, second-team All-Suburban League and honorable mention Whittier Daily News All-Area honors, and was a team captain for a squad that during his 2013 senior season finished 4-2 in the Suburban League to tie for second place and made the first round of the Southern Section Southeast Division playoffs
► Entered his senior season ranked as the No. 2 center in the West according to Scout and the No. 4 player on the Southern California Rivals guard/center watch list, while he was Scout’s No. 3 center in March 2013 prior to his senior campaign
► Team was 9-2 overall and 5-0 in the Suburban League to win the title as a 2012 junior and reached the second round/quarterfinals of the Southern Section Southeast Division playoffs, averaging a league-leading 428.5 yards of total offense per game distributed fairly evenly between rushing (238.7 ypg) and passing (189.6 ypg) to lead the league in the latter while also ranking second in scoring (35.9 ppg) with the offensive line allowing only two sacks all season
