Harper spent one season with the Cal football program as a true freshman in 2013. He was one of the team’s top running backs in the spring of 2014 but left the program following the 2013-14 academic year without seeing any game action for the Golden Bears.

► Played for a team in his senior season that reached the North Coast Section Division III title game, finishing 13-1 overall and 6-0 in the Tri-County-Rock League to win a conference title before losing its only game of the campaign to current Cal teammate Jared Goff’s Marin Catholic squad in the NCS Division III finals
