Sheperdson spent three-plus seasons as Cal’s starting long snapper during his four-year career with the Golden Bears, taking over the role in the final game of the 2011 season against Texas at the Holiday Bowl and maintaining it for the following three campaigns. Sheperdson played in 37 career games at the position including all 36 over his final three campaigns without an errant snap. Sheperdson is on track to graduate from Cal in the summer of 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in American studies.
