Fall 2014: After entering the fall with a No. 8 ITA singles ranking, Chi reached the singles quarterfinals of the USTA/ITA National Indoor Intercollegiate Championships and of the USTA/ITA Northwest Regional Championships…at indoors, Chi won the rematch with Virginia’s Danielle Collins, who defeated the Golden Bear in the 2014 NCAA singles final. In the indoor round of 16, Chi beat Collins, 3-6, 6-3, 6-1…also played singles in the Riviera/ITA All-American Championships and Cal Nike Fall Invitational…in doubles, teamed with Karla Popovic to advance to the regional quarterfinals and paired with Zsofi Susanyi – who had a doubles ranking of 31st – to reach the quarterfinals of the All-American…Chi and Susanyi also lost in the top-flight doubles final of the Cal Nike Fall Invitational to teammates Maegan Manasse and Denise Starr, 8-4.

Spring 2014: Capped a strong season with All-America honors and a run to the NCAA singles tournament final. She won five tournament matches before falling to Virginia’s Danielle Collins, 6-2, 7-5, in the championship and end the year with 38-11 singles record…on the way to the final, Chi upset Michigan’s ninth-ranked Emina Bektas, 2-6, 7-6(6), 6-1, in the opening round of 64, UCLA’s eight-ranked/eight-seeded Jennifer Brady, 6-3, 6-2, in the round of 16, and North Carolina’s top-ranked/seeded Jamie Loeb, 4-6, 6-4, 6-2, in the semifinal round…reached the Pac-12 singles semifinals, falling to Brady...Chi ended the season with a final ITA singles ranking of No. 11 and was a finalist for the Honda Sports Award for Tennis…with Anett Schutting earned a final ITA doubles ranking of No. 39…Chi/Schutting posted a team-best 16-7 record & reached the semis of the Pac-12 Championships, falling to Stanford’s No. 13 Kristie Ahn/Carol Zhao, 8-3…Chi also earned ITA Scholar-Athlete status and Pac-12 Academic honorable mention.

Fall 2013: In the ITA preseason polls, earned a No. 44 singles ranking and a No. 11 doubles ranking with Anett Schutting…posted a 9-5 singles record and 5-4 doubles mark…in singles, reached the quarterfinals of the USTA/ITA Northwest Regional Championships, played in the Riviera/ITA All-American Championships and reached the semifinals of the Cal Nike Invitational, losing to teammate Zsofi Susanyi in the latter…paired with Anett Schutting, reached the round of 16 in the USTA/ITA Northwest Regional Championships, competed in the round of 32 in the Riviera/ITA All-American Championships and fell in the final of the Cal Nike Fall Invitational to teammates Susanyi and Klara Fabikova.

Spring 2013: After her first complete season with Cal, Chi finished with a 36-7 singles record including a 9-1 run in Pac-12 dual matches and earned a final ITA ranking of 57th…partnered with Anett Schutting to post a 18-8 record and earn a final ITA ranking of 29th in doubles…overall had a 27-12 doubles mark...earned ITA Scholar-Athlete honors.

Fall 2012: Posted a 13-4 singles record and a 9-4 doubles record...won the Red Singles title by beating teammate Klara Fabikova and paired with Fabikova won the Red Doubles title at the Saint Mary's Invitational.
